Product Designer - (Bengaluru -In-person)

Xuman.AI is building a cognitive-affective intelligence engine designed to understand people through natural interaction. The system passively interprets behavioral and emotional patterns, enabling adaptive, personalized experiences without relying on traditional inputs or forms. Xuman’s initial applications focus on human development and connection, with early success in underserved service ecosystems. Their mission is to integrate emotional intelligence into the core of how people grow, connect, and thrive.

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Product Designer, located in Bengaluru. The Product Designer will be responsible for creating visual designs, utilizing design thinking methodologies, conducting user research, and developing product design solutions. Daily tasks include collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure designs meet user needs and business goals, conducting UX research to inform design decisions, and iterating on designs based on feedback.

• Visual Design and Product Design skills
• Proficiency in Design Thinking and User Research methodologies
• Experience in UX Research
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities
• Ability to work in an on-site team environment in Bengaluru
• Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field
• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
