Product Designer & Frontend Lead (Equity, Remote)

InZone is a fast-growing, Gen-Z Social Network built around AI, 3D Avatars, and Mindful use.

We are building the foundation for one of the leading social networks of the next ten years, designed to scale seamlessly to millions of users while staying true to our mission of making social media feel good again.

Role Description

We are looking for a Product Designer with strong Flutter and React Native execution skills who can shape the future of InZone’s design language and bring it to life inside our app. This role is ideal for a designer who thinks in systems, aesthetics, and user psychology, and who can also implement their vision directly in Flutter. You will lead the evolution of InZone’s entire visual identity, including the social feed, AI group chats, 3D avatar interactions, and the marketing site.

This is a leadership position for someone who can imagine the future and build it.

This role is equity-compensated until we close our pre-seed round in April 2026. We are upfront about the risk and the substantial upside of joining early to help define a generational social platform.

What You Will Do

- Own InZone’s product design language across mobile and web
(visual identity, UI systems, interaction design, motion design).
- Create futuristic and premium designs for the app, website, and emerging 3D and AI features.
- Lead UI and UX research and design for social, AI, and immersive 3D experiences.
- Translate designs into Flutter with pixel-perfect execution.
- Redesign our app experience end to end with modern layouts, animations, and transitions.
- Build the first version of InZone’s design system and design guidelines.
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and 3D teams to ensure design consistency.
- Push the boundaries of mobile interaction with experimental and futuristic concepts.
- Mentor developers on how to implement design-forward features and micro-interactions.

What We Are Looking For

- 2+ years of experience in UI and UX design with a portfolio that shows taste, vision, and originality.
- Strong experience designing consumer-facing apps, preferably social, entertainment, gaming, or community products.
- Solid knowledge of mobile design principles, interaction design, and motion design.
- Proven ability to implement designs directly in Flutter and React Native.
- Strong visual creativity and a clear sense of what “the future” should feel like.
- Ability to design for 3D, avatar-based, or immersive contexts is a significant plus.
- Familiarity with Firebase and API integrations is helpful but not required.
- Ability to think across web, mobile, AI, and 3D use cases.

Bonus Qualifications

- Experience designing for 3D avatar systems, virtual spaces, or interactive environments.
- Experience building or contributing to design systems.
- Interest in AI interfaces, generative workflows, or conversational UI.
- Passion for Gen-Z culture, gaming aesthetics, and new forms of digital expression.

Job Type: Part-time
