Medical Consulting Group, LLC, is seeking a full-time Product Designer and Inventory Manager to join our creative team. We’re seeking a talented, organized individual who is comfortable working on tight deadlines. This position is not remote. You will be required to perform the duties of this job in house.
Applicant Requirements:
- Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in graphic design, marketing, or a related field
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat)
- Ability or desire to learn Formsite, and other online digital platforms
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to work closely with other team members
- Ability to quickly adapt to a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Willingness to take direction/critique from creative leaders and account managers
- Ability to stay organized
- Able to lift product boxes in a stock room setting
Responsibilities Include:
- Creating/designing/modifying art files as specifically requested by clients and account managers
- Organizing inventory, monitoring inventory levels, requesting reprints of out-of-stock inventory in a timely manner
- Creating new products listings in WordPress website, as well basic website maintenance
- Processing online orders through WordPress website, including packing and shipping the orders
- Retrieve/create weekly/monthly/yearly data summaries from WordPress-based reporting tools
- Creating registration forms for various events throughout the year (Formsite)
- Ability to provide registrant information through spreadsheets as requested or needed
- Maintaining online Showpad pages/links/videos for multiple countries
