Role Overview

We are looking for a Product Designer Lead to own and drive the end-to-end product design function at KVC. This role will be responsible for defining user experience, building scalable design systems, and creating intuitive, user-centric digital products. You will work closely with founders, product managers, and engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities Product Design & Strategy

• Lead end-to-end product design from concept to launch
• Define UX strategy aligned with product and business goals
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs
• Design intuitive, user-friendly, and modern interfaces

Design Leadership

• Build and maintain scalable design systems
• Define design standards, guidelines, and best practices
• Mentor and guide junior designers
• Ensure design consistency across products

User Research & Experience

• Conduct user research, usability testing, and feedback analysis
• Identify user pain points and improve product usability
• Make data-driven design decisions

Cross-functional Collaboration

• Work closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and Leadership
• Translate business requirements into effective design solutions
• Participate in product roadmap and strategy discussions

Required Skills Core Skills

• Strong experience in Product Design, UX, and UI
• Expertise in Figma (mandatory)
• Experience in building Design Systems
• Strong knowledge of User Experience Principles
• Wireframing, prototyping, and interaction design

Tools Expertise

• Figma
• Adobe XD / Sketch (optional)
• FigJam / Miro
• Prototyping tools

Leadership Skills

• Team leadership and mentoring experience
• Strong stakeholder management
• Ability to own design decisions

Experience Requirements

Candidates should have:

• 6–15 years of product design experience
• Experience designing web and mobile applications
• Experience working in startup or product-based companies preferred
• Proven experience leading product design initiatives

Pay: ₹3,200,000.00 - ₹4,500,000.00 per year
