Role Overview:

We’re looking for an experienced UI/UX Designer (3+ years) with a strong background in SaaS products. Experience with sales or CRM tools is a big plus. You’ll be responsible for designing user flows from prototype to final design, including onboarding screens, dashboards, and in-app experiences that make complex workflows simple and intuitive.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with product and dev teams to translate product goals into user-friendly interfaces.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and final polished UI designs.
• Improve onboarding flow and simplify UX for key features (scheduler, forms, dashboards, inbox, etc.).
• Ensure design consistency with our brand and design system (Figma).
• Conduct quick usability tests and propose improvements.

Requirements:

• 5+ years experience designing SaaS products.
• Strong portfolio of web apps (not just landing pages).
• Experience with sales-related or CRM products is a big advantage.
• Proficient in Figma (components, prototyping, responsive layouts).
• Ability to move fast, iterate based on feedback, and communicate clearly.

Bonus Points:

• Experience designing for automation tools (Zapier, Make, CRM dashboards).
• Understanding of B2B user journeys and onboarding optimization.
