Product Designer UI/UX (Junior)

About the Role

We're looking for a Junior Product Designer with strong prototyping skills and a genuine interest in enterprise software design. You’ll work on real estate ERP/CRM systems, learning to design complex dashboards and data-heavy interfaces while contributing to real projects under the guidance of senior designers.

Key Responsibilities

• Create detailed prototypes and mockups for dashboard components, forms, and data tables.
• Design UI elements for enterprise modules including reports, analytics, and administrative panels.
• Build and maintain component libraries for the enterprise design system.
• Design responsive layouts for complex dashboard interfaces.
• Create interactive prototypes to demonstrate user flows and interactions.
• Assist in user research and testing sessions with real estate professionals.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
• Document design specifications and maintain organized design files.

Required Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably with exposure to enterprise software, dashboards, or data-heavy applications.
• Strong prototyping skills — proficient in creating interactive prototypes in Figma or similar tools.
• Portfolio demonstrating dashboard designs, data tables, or complex interface work.
• Good understanding of information hierarchy and layout for data-rich interfaces.
• Experience designing forms, tables, filters, and search functionality.
• Proficiency in Figma, including components, variants, and basic prototyping.
• Understanding of responsive design principles for web applications.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain design consistency.
• Good communication skills and openness to feedback.

Preferred Qualifications

• Any experience with CRM, ERP, or business software (even as a user).
• Understanding of the real estate industry or property management workflows.
• Familiarity with data visualization and chart design.
• Basic knowledge of design systems and component-based approaches.
• Experience designing admin panels or back-office interfaces.
• Understanding of user roles and permissions in enterprise software.
