About the Role
We're looking for a Junior Product Designer with strong prototyping skills and a genuine interest in enterprise software design. You’ll work on real estate ERP/CRM systems, learning to design complex dashboards and data-heavy interfaces while contributing to real projects under the guidance of senior designers.
Key Responsibilities
- Create detailed prototypes and mockups for dashboard components, forms, and data tables.
- Design UI elements for enterprise modules including reports, analytics, and administrative panels.
- Build and maintain component libraries for the enterprise design system.
- Design responsive layouts for complex dashboard interfaces.
- Create interactive prototypes to demonstrate user flows and interactions.
- Assist in user research and testing sessions with real estate professionals.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
- Document design specifications and maintain organized design files.
Required Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably with exposure to enterprise software, dashboards, or data-heavy applications.
- Strong prototyping skills — proficient in creating interactive prototypes in Figma or similar tools.
- Portfolio demonstrating dashboard designs, data tables, or complex interface work.
- Good understanding of information hierarchy and layout for data-rich interfaces.
- Experience designing forms, tables, filters, and search functionality.
- Proficiency in Figma, including components, variants, and basic prototyping.
- Understanding of responsive design principles for web applications.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain design consistency.
- Good communication skills and openness to feedback.
Preferred Qualifications
- Any experience with CRM, ERP, or business software (even as a user).
- Understanding of the real estate industry or property management workflows.
- Familiarity with data visualization and chart design.
- Basic knowledge of design systems and component-based approaches.
- Experience designing admin panels or back-office interfaces.
- Understanding of user roles and permissions in enterprise software.
