Product Designer UI/UX (Senior)

About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Designer to lead the design of complex enterprise software solutions for the real estate industry. You’ll be responsible for creating sophisticated ERP and CRM dashboards that transform complex data into intuitive, powerful user experiences.

This role demands a prototyping master who can design enterprise-grade interfaces that users love.

Key Responsibilities

• Design comprehensive dashboard interfaces for real estate ERP/CRM systems with complex data visualization and workflows.
• Create advanced, interactive prototypes that accurately simulate final product behavior and user flows.
• Lead end-to-end design of enterprise software features including data tables, forms, reports, and analytical dashboards.
• Design intuitive navigation systems for multi-module enterprise applications.
• Develop and maintain scalable design systems tailored to enterprise software complexity.
• Conduct user research with real estate professionals to understand industry-specific workflows and pain points.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to ensure designs are technically feasible and properly implemented.
• Mentor junior designers on enterprise UX best practices and prototyping techniques.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience designing enterprise software, specifically ERP, CRM, or complex dashboard applications.
• Master-level prototyping skills — expert in creating high-fidelity, interactive prototypes using Figma, ProtoPie, Principle, or similar advanced tools.
• Proven experience designing real estate software, property management systems, or similar industry-specific enterprise solutions

(portfolio must demonstrate this).

• Deep expertise in dashboard design, including data visualization, charts, graphs, KPIs, and analytics interfaces.
• Strong experience designing complex data tables with filtering, sorting, bulk actions, and advanced search functionality.
• Expert in designing multi-step forms, workflows, and business process interfaces.
• Excellent understanding of information architecture for large-scale enterprise systems with multiple modules.
• Strong visual design skills with the ability to create professional, corporate-grade interfaces.
• Experience designing role-based access and permission systems.
• Ability to design for different user personas (administrators, managers, sales teams, etc.).
• Portfolio showcasing complex enterprise software projects with detailed case studies.

Must-Have Technical Skills

• Advanced prototyping in Figma:

• Experience with enterprise design patterns and component libraries.
• Understanding of responsive design for dashboard layouts.
• Knowledge of data visualization best practices.
• Familiarity with how developers implement enterprise UI (helpful for creating realistic prototypes).

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with real estate terminology, workflows, and business processes.
• Knowledge of CRM concepts (lead management, sales pipelines, customer journeys).
• Understanding of ERP modules (inventory, finance, reporting, user management).
• Experience designing mobile versions of enterprise dashboards.
• Familiarity with enterprise software like Salesforce, SAP, Zoho, or similar platforms.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
