Product Development Assistant

What began as Nada’s personal mission to create contemporary, modest pieces has grown into a fast-scaling global brand with a distinct aesthetic and strong community roots.

We’re looking for a Product Development Assistant to support our Design and Development team across the end-to-end development of seasonal collections and core styles. This is a hands-on role working closely with garments, fabrics, trims, samples, and fit — ideal for someone eager to learn and grow within a fast-paced fashion environment. 

You will play a key role in preparing development documents, organising materials, supporting fittings, and ensuring that all product information remains accurate and up to date.

Key Responsibilities

·      Prepare, update, and maintain linesheets and development overviews

·      Organise and manage sourcing materials, fabrics, trims, and the Pantone library

·      Receive, track, and dispatch development and production parcels

·      Create digital and physical lab-dip and material overviews

·      Manage incoming samples and prepare sample racks

·      Requesting, analysing and tracking Fabric Test reports together with developers

·      Support fittings: book models, measure and steam samples

·      Attend fittings and assist the Developer team with documenting fit and construction comments

·      Help create and maintain collection documentation (fit comments, processing comments)

·      Maintain and regularly update collection boards across multiple seasons

·    Supporting cross-functional workflows between Design, Development, Production, and Suppliers

Your Profile

·      Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in fashion/product development or a related field

·      Strong interest in fashion, product, and trends

·      Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to multitask

·      Proactive, eager to learn, and not afraid to get hands-on

·      Clear communicator with a strong sense of ownership

·      Comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment

·  Confidence using AI tools to support workflows

Experience in product development is highly regarded but not required. What matters most is curiosity, work ethic, and a genuine desire to develop within a growing modest fashion brand.
