Product Development (Asst. Manager) Knitwear

Note: Askari Woolen is a progressive textile in Knitwear and extending its Export Business for a new production hall. Urgent Required an experience "PD AM".

Experience : 08 - 15 years of product development/ Sampling

Salary Range: Rs. 125,000/- till Rs. 150,000 (Negotiable)

Responsibilities:

• Product lifecycle management: Leads the product development process from initial design sketches through to production and final delivery.
• Trend and market research: Conducts research on fashion trends, customer preferences, and competitor offerings to identify market opportunities.
• Material sourcing and innovation: Identifies and evaluates new materials, trims, and technologies to enhance product performance, functionality, and cost-effectiveness.
• Timeline and budget management: Creates and manages the development calendar, negotiating with suppliers and manufacturers to meet quality standards, cost targets, and deadlines.
• Collaboration: Works closely with designers to interpret concepts into feasible products, and coordinates with production and quality control teams to address manufacturing challenges.
• Vendor management: Builds and maintains a strong network of reliable vendors, suppliers, and manufacturers for efficient sourcing and production.
• Quality assurance: Ensures all products meet quality standards and are manufactured to the correct specifications by overseeing sampling and testing processes.
• Business strategy: Develops a product roadmap that aligns with the company's overall strategic goals and balances customer needs with business objectives.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs125,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
