The Product Development & Data Analysis Intern will support the Product and Sourcing teams in the organization, consolidation, and management of product data across active initiatives. This hands-on internship is designed to contribute to style consolidation and product data optimization projects while fostering the development of analytical, organizational, and cross-functional collaboration skills through real-world project exposure and mentorship.
Development Opportunities

Product Lifecycle Exposure: Gain hands-on experience supporting product development initiatives to form data consolidation to review processes, understanding how product decisions are made and executed.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product development, sourcing, and operations teams to see how data supports strategic assortment and material decisions.

Data & Process Optimization: Develop practical skills in organizing, structuring, and managing large product datasets that directly impact business efficiency and reporting accuracy.

Project Participation: Attend and actively participate in project meetings, gaining exposure to consolidation strategy discussions and business decision-making.

Mentorship: Receive guidance from product and sourcing leaders to strengthen analytical thinking, communication, and organizational skills.

Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Product Development, Merchandising, Data Analytics, or a related field from an accredited institution.

Demonstrates interest in product development, sourcing, operations, and/or business analytics.

Coursework or experience involving data analysis or product-related work preferred.
Physical/Mental Requirements

Must be able to remain in a stationary position (seated) 80% of the day and occasionally reach, bend and move inside the office to access files and product.

Required to have close visual acuity to perform computer tasks and operate other office machinery.

The person in this position frequently communicates with internal and external customers and must be able to exchange accurate information in a clear manner.

Ability to move 10-20 lbs occasionally throughout day.

Able to hear a telephone ring.
