Product Development Engineer

Role Description

We are looking for a creative and highly technical Engineer to join our core team. This role is dedicated to evolving our existing aluminum systems and leading the introduction of new, innovative products to the Saudi market. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Systems Development: Analyze and improve current aluminum and glass systems to enhance performance, aesthetics, and cost-efficiency.
• Market Innovation: Research global trends and technical advancements to introduce new systems and products to the local market.
• Technical Documentation: Create and manage comprehensive Technical Data Sheets (TDS), system catalogues, and performance certificates.
• Strategic Support: Assist the management in technical comparisons between our products and competitors to ensure a market-leading edge.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Engineering Degree: Civil, Mechanical, or Architectural Engineering.
• Systems Expertise: Proven experience in the R&D or technical design of architectural aluminum systems.
• Software Skills: Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD and 3D modeling. Experience with thermal analysis software is a plus.
• Technical Writing: Excellent ability to draft professional technical reports, data sheets, and specifications.
• Innovative Mindset: A passion for product development and finding technical solutions for modern architectural challenges.
