Product Development & Partnerships Manager – Elite Escape for Tourism

Position Overview

Elite Escape for Tourism is seeking a dynamic and commercially driven Product

Development & Partnerships Manager to lead the creation of new travel experiences, build

global partnerships, and expand the company’s destination portfolio. This person will play a

critical role in shaping Elite Escape’s next phase of growth — ensuring every new package,

partner, and destination reflects our brand promise of luxury, adventure, and exclusivity.

Key Responsibilities

 1. Product Development

 Research and design new tourism products and destination experiences across

Africa, the Middle East, and other premium markets.

 Develop full travel itineraries, package structures, and pricing models ensuring high

value and profitability.

 Identify unique destinations and niche experiences (luxury safaris, private lodges,

exclusive hunting reserves, etc.).

 Work with the operations and marketing teams to align product design with

customer expectations and brand positioning.

 2. Partnerships & Negotiations

 Build and maintain strategic partnerships with resorts, safari lodges, airlines, and

tourism boards.

 Negotiate B2B contracts, partnership terms, and commission structures.

 Represent Elite Escape at tourism exhibitions, trade shows, and networking events.

 Ensure all partners meet Elite Escape’s quality, service, and ethical standards.

 3. Growth & Portfolio Expansion

 Drive the expansion of Elite Escape’s portfolio by launching new destinations and

experiences each quarter.

 Conduct market research and competitor benchmarking to identify emerging travel

trends.

 Collaborate with the CEO to set and achieve growth targets for revenue,

destinations, and customer acquisition.

 Build a database of premium partners and suppliers for long-term collaboration.

 4. Cross-Functional Collaboration

 Work closely with the Marketing & Content Manager to ensure that new products

are effectively promoted and presented online.

 Coordinate with the Operations Team to ensure logistical feasibility and service

excellence.

 Provide input for visual and storytelling content related to newly launched

destinations.

Qualifications & Skills

 Bachelor’s degree in Business, Tourism Management, or International Relations.

 Minimum 5–8 years experience in tourism product development, DMC management,

or partnership negotiation.

 Strong negotiation and contract management skills.

 Deep understanding of the luxury travel market and global tourism trends.

 Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.

 Fluent in Arabic and English; additional languages are a plus.

 Willingness to travel frequently for partnership meetings and trade events.
