Qualifications

• University bachelor’s degree in industrial design, or any other related discipline,
• At least 2-year industrial design experience,
• Good communication skills in English both written and spoken,
• Having excellent command of CAD/ CAM system, (AutoCad, Solidworks, Engview, Artios etc.)
• Having a good command of Photoshop and Illustrator,
• Demonstrates creativity and innovation, embraces change and personal development,
• Consistently keeps up with technological advancements and industry trends,
• Able to research on production process and material,
• Good team working skills with the willingness to accomplish tasks in harmony with the other team members,
• No travel restrictions,
• No military obligation for male candidates,
• Preferably, resident in Eskişehir (or may resident Eskişehir),
  
  
  

Job Description

Currently, we are seeking ''Product Development Specialist” for our company in corrugated packaging sector with below qualifications who will be joining the team at our plant located in Eskişehir.

• Strategic design management - using design thinking and business model generation methods to inform business strategy,
• Operational design management - management & coordination of sampling department,
• Design the products based on request from vendee sales department,
• Feasibility studies on new product design,
• Preparing the regulations document for the possible order,
• Working in cooperation with all relevant departments for improvement and new product design process,
• Making check the size and features of the new product design's mold,
• Making operations and process related to industrial design’s area about the integrated quality management systems,
• Fulfil the necessary activities within the context of company's objectives and quality policy.
