Product Engineer

• Product Engineering & Delivery - You can take ownership of delivering digital products from concept to live service, balancing user needs, technical considerations, and operational requirements to deliver real value.
• Technical Capability - You have strong full-stack engineering skills, including experience with databases, integrations, workflow automation, and secure application design, enabling you to build and maintain scalable solutions.
• Problem Solving & Innovation - You enjoy tackling complex challenges, making pragmatic decisions, and using modern tools, including AI-assisted development, to accelerate delivery while maintaining quality and accountability.
• Stakeholder Collaboration - You work effectively with technical and non-technical colleagues, translating business problems into practical solutions and communicating clearly throughout the delivery process.
• Ownership & Growth Mindset - You are proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working independently, with a commitment to continuous learning, improvement, and helping shape a growing engineering function.
