• Guide and mentor engineering squads, developing their technical skills and ensuring the delivery of high-value solutions to customers.
• Rotate between product squads to tackle complex technical issues and elevate engineering practices.
• Establish processes for interaction and knowledge sharing among chapter members across different squads.
• Define and uphold engineering standards and methodologies, ensuring consistency and excellence across the organization.
• Foster a culture of continuous feedback and professional growth, supporting chapter members career progression.
• Lead the recruitment, onboarding, and performance evaluation of chapter members.
• Shape the chapters culture, promoting community building, innovation, and high-performance standards.
