VitrA Tiles, which ranks first in exports to the EU, started production in Istanbul Tuzla in 1991 and in Bilecik Bozüyük in 1992. VitrA Tiles, which has been producing ceramic tiles in its factory in Russia since 2011, has a total annual production capacity of 30 million square meters. VitrA Tiles products are offered for sale in 75 countries, especially in the Turkish and German markets. VitrA Tiles carries the 60 years of expertise of the VitrA brand to all living spaces in the house, especially the bathroom; It also offers products suitable for use in many different areas such as pools, gardens and exteriors. VitrA Tiles, which constantly develops innovative texture and material solutions, sets the trends in surfaces with its new collections every year. VitrA's tiles with the "TSE Double Star" Certificate also hold the first eco-label given by the European Union to a ceramic brand from Turkey. Our production facility in Bozuyuk has been included in the "Global Lighthouse Network", which the World Economic Forum (WEF) selects as the most advanced production facilities in the world and points out as the "production facility of the future".

What Do We Expect from Our New Team Member?

• We are looking for a Product Executive who will be globally responsible for the Villeroy & Boch Tiles brand.
• Support the development of annual product strategies for the assigned category in line with corporate marketing strategies, and take an active role in preparing marketing plans,
• Analyze market needs, competitor products, and sales data; identify new product requirements, support portfolio creation, and coordinate with relevant teams while following the timeline,
• Evaluate market trends, customer demands, and product life cycles; identify products to be phased out and efficiently manage SKU count,
• Provide input to the Brand Communication team regarding product communication plans,
• Prepare printed marketing materials that support sales based on customer and product needs, and share them with field teams on time,
• Clarify target audiences and key selling arguments for products and communicate them to relevant teams,
• Respond to product-related questions and analysis requests,
• Coordinate special product and marketing material requests coming from MEA and TR markets.

Who Are We Looking For?

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or related fields,
• Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar role,
• Excellent command of English; German is an asset,
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
