Product Experience Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Roadmap Ownership: Define and maintain a phased product roadmap for our compliance intelligence ecosystem, aligning releases with customer, regulatory and investor priorities.
• Rapid Prototyping: Establish, document and operate a high-velocity prototyping methodology that integrates user discovery, AI-assisted prototype generation (Lovaboe, Vercel, Codium, Cursor) and seamless hand-off to our outsourced engineering partner.
• Product Research Design: Lead research initiatives across the product lifecycle, translate user interviews and stakeholder input into detailed specifications, wireframes and high-fidelity prototypes that meet “ready-to-code” quality.
• Customer Engagement: Own customer and beta-user programs, run demo workshops, collect feedback and synthesize insights into the prioritized backlog.
• Go-to-Market Enablement: Develop demo scripts, user guides, release notes and support materials; partner with sales and customer-success teams to drive adoption.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, data science, QA and other stakeholders to ensure delivered features meet product vision, technical standards and regulatory requirements.
• Agile Scrum Leadership: Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, remove impediments and coach the team in iterative delivery as a Product/Scrum leader.
• Team Facilitation: Cultivate a collaborative, high-energy environment, foster open communication, continuous improvement and positive team vibes.
• Platform Stewardship Master Data Management: Lead ongoing product/business analysis along with master-data-management activities, ensure policy, user and regulatory data are accurate, governed and seamlessly integrated.
• Analytics Optimization: Monitor usage analytics and feedback via AI tools (Mixpanel, Heap) to refine user interactions, measure product health and inform roadmap decisions.
  
  

Qualifications

Skills Experience

• Technical Front‑End Development: Solid fundamentals in HTML, CSS, JavaScript and modern frameworks (React, Vue or Angular) to understand, validate and integrate AI‑generated prototypes.
• Technical Product UI/UX: Expertise in translating user requirements into intuitive interfaces; crafting wireframes, mockups and high‑fidelity designs that meet “ready-to-code” standards.
• AI‑Driven Prototyping Vibe Coding: Proficiency with Cursor, Codium, Lovaboe and Vercel, plus prompt engineering skills to generate front‑end code directly for engineering hand‑off.
• Agile Scrum Leadership: Deep understanding of agile methodologies, sprint planning and backlog management tools (Jira, Asana or similar); Certified ScrumMaster® or equivalent preferred.
• Communication Collaboration: Excellent verbal and written skills for aligning executive, technical and customer stakeholders and facilitating cross-functional workshops.
• Data‑Driven Decision‑Making: Comfortable with AI‑powered analytics platforms (Mixpanel, Heap, Amplitude) to measure feature success and guide roadmap prioritization.
• Master Data Management: Experience governing policy, user and regulatory data to ensure accuracy, compliance and seamless integration across modules.

• Customer Engagement: You’ll own ongoing customer and beta-user programs, running demo workshops, gathering feedback through interviews and analytics, then translating every insight into prioritized backlog items to drive real-world value.
• Rapid Front-End Prototyping: You’ll establish and operate a high-velocity prototyping process using tools like Lovaboe, Vercel, Codium and Cursor. Each morning you’ll turn user stories into interactive, “ready-to-code” prototypes, then hand them off for development that same day.
• AI-Driven Agile Development: You’ll lead AI-infused Scrum ceremonies with our outsourced engineering team planning sprints, managing the backlog, removing blockers and ensuring bi-weekly feature releases align to our integrated Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) plus Quality & Safety vision.
