Mark and Aly Interior Design is a progressive and unique small company looking for a long term, hardworking, and self-motivated Product/Office Assistant to join our team. This is not an Interior Design position.
We are known as a high-end Park City Design firm specializing in residential new builds, designing a timeless luxury experience. You will be a part of all projects while assisting the Fulfillment Manager. Your core responsibilities are receiving and tagging all incoming products, warranty, scheduling, managing the showroom floor, and installations. We all work together closely to do all aspects of the field and rely on having team players with good attitudes and a great work ethic.
Skills:
-Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel)
-Google Sheets
-Dropbox
-Great focus and memory
-Self-motivated and efficient
-Hard worker who is flexible with tasks
-Fast paced and able to multitask
-Managing details on multiple projects simultaneously

-Participate and manage client installs which will require leadership and hands on performance
