The Role

We’re seeking a Product Lead with deep experience in finance products to own and scale our embedded financing platform. This is not a typical product role — you will sit at the intersection of finance, technology, and regulation , designing and leading products that power credit, risk, wallets, BNPL, invoice financing, and escrow flows in line with Saudi Central Bank (SAMA) standards .

You will work directly with the CEO, financial institutions, and our tech teams to bring world-class fintech products to life for the construction industry.

What You’ll Do

• Lead Product Development: Own the end-to-end lifecycle of Builtop’s finance products — from concept to launch.
• Regulatory Alignment: Ensure all product design and operations comply with Saudi Central Bank (SAMA) regulations and fintech frameworks.
• Bridge Finance + Tech: Translate banking/finance structures (BNPL, credit scoring, invoice financing, escrow) into seamless digital products.
• Drive Tech Teams: Lead engineers and data teams to execute high-quality, scalable fintech solutions.
• Strategic Partnerships: Collaborate with banks, fintech partners, and regulators to integrate financing products into Builtop’s ecosystem.
• Product Vision: Define roadmap, success metrics, and execution plans for finance verticals within the Builtop platform.

What We’re Looking For

✅ Startup DNA – You thrive in high-growth, fast-paced environments and know how to build products from zero-to-one.

✅ Finance Product Expertise – Experience in corporate finance/banking products (BNPL, lending, wallets, credit scoring, payments, or invoice financing).

✅ Knowledge of Saudi Central Bank (SAMA) Regulations – Non-negotiable . Must have hands-on experience navigating compliance, licensing, and reporting requirements.

✅ Tech Leadership – Proven track record of leading tech teams building financial products.

✅ Execution Mindset – Ability to ship fast, iterate, and manage cross-functional stakeholders.

✅ Regional Knowledge (bonus) – Experience with Saudi/MENA financial markets and fintech ecosystem.

Educational Background

🎓 Must-have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Computer Science, or Engineering .

🎓 Strongly Preferred:

• Master’s degree (MBA, Finance, or FinTech specialization).
• Professional certifications such as CFA, FRM, or FinTech/Banking-related certifications (especially with exposure to SAMA regulatory frameworks ).
