Product Lead

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized Product Lead to manage the full lifecycle of our product — from planning and documentation to execution and delivery. The ideal candidate will combine the skills of a Product Specialist, Supervisor, and Project Manager, ensuring efficient processes, accurate documentation, and cost-effective outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end product life cycle planning, development, production and delivery.
• Create and maintain product documentation, specs, and version logs.
• Develop and manage SOPs, process maps, Gantt charts and timelines.
• Prepare detailed cost breakdowns, budgets, and performance reports.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and suppliers for smooth operations.
• Track KPIs, milestones, and budgets to ensure targets are met.
• Identify and resolve project risks or bottlenecks proactively.
• Present regular progress and cost summaries to management.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong understanding of product & project management processes.
• Proficiency in ClickUp, MS Project, Excel, or similar tools.
• Excellent documentation, organization, and communication skills.
• Analytical and detail-oriented with problem-solving ability.
• Knowledge of budgeting and cost control methods.
