Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized Product Lead to manage the full lifecycle of our product — from planning and documentation to execution and delivery. The ideal candidate will combine the skills of a Product Specialist, Supervisor, and Project Manager, ensuring efficient processes, accurate documentation, and cost-effective outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end product life cycle planning, development, production and delivery.
- Create and maintain product documentation, specs, and version logs.
- Develop and manage SOPs, process maps, Gantt charts and timelines.
- Prepare detailed cost breakdowns, budgets, and performance reports.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams and suppliers for smooth operations.
- Track KPIs, milestones, and budgets to ensure targets are met.
- Identify and resolve project risks or bottlenecks proactively.
- Present regular progress and cost summaries to management.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong understanding of product & project management processes.
- Proficiency in ClickUp, MS Project, Excel, or similar tools.
- Excellent documentation, organization, and communication skills.
- Analytical and detail-oriented with problem-solving ability.
- Knowledge of budgeting and cost control methods.
