Product Lead

Define and own the overall product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with company goals.

Lead and mentor a team of product managers, designers, and analysts.

Drive innovation in user experience , from ordering and delivery to post-purchase engagement.

Collaborate closely with engineering, marketing, and operations teams to ensure product success.

Analyze market trends, customer insights, and business data to identify opportunities for growth.

Oversee feature prioritization, product performance, and lifecycle management .

Establish key product KPIs and use data to inform decisions.

Ensure consistency and scalability across both markets — Saudi Arabia and the UK .

8+ years of experience in product management.

Proven success building and scaling consumer mobile products, ideally in food delivery, groceries, or e-commerce .

Strong understanding of product-market fit and user-centric design principles.

Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Data-driven mindset with experience using analytics tools to guide strategy.

Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
