Product Management Associate

Role Description:

• Lead product discovery and solutioning — partner with clients to deeply understand their problems, map their workflows, and design efficient, scalable solutions
• Own the product lifecycle: define requirements, prioritize ruthlessly across multiple client engagements, and drive outcomes from ideation through delivery
• Translate complex business needs into clear specs and prototypes, leveraging Claude Code and AI tools to accelerate the build process
• Manage competing client priorities with strong stakeholder communication, keeping teams aligned and projects on track
• Maintain clean development practices, including version control via GitHub, so all work is documented and reproducible
• Champion AI adoption — help modernize businesses just beginning their AI journey by pairing sharp product thinking with hands-on building capability

What We're Looking For:

• 2+ years in product management or product ownership, with a track record of delivering client-facing solutions
• Comfortable working in ambiguity, defining the problem as much as the solution
• Familiarity with AI tools (Claude Code or similar) to prototype and validate ideas quickly
• Strong organizational skills to juggle multiple workstreams and clients simultaneously
• Passion for using technology to transform how businesses operate
