We are looking for a “ Product Management Specialist ” to join our team at our Istanbul central office, bringing positive energy and contributing to our strength.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical & Electronic Engineering , Industrial or Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum 3 years of experience in product management in the HVAC ( Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning ) industry
• Proficient in English
• Advanced user of MS Office applications
• Strong presentation and reporting skills
• Well-developed planning, communication and time management skills with strong representation abilities
• Innovative, creative, and solution-oriented
• Research-driven, results-oriented, and dynamic personality

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Portfolio lifecycle management of VRF product group
• Conducting market research, preparing technical benchmark and collecting user-insights in order to define mid/long-term product strategy
• Price positioning based on portfolio and market segmentation studies
• Coordination of product launch activities
• Preparing product info bulletins and necessary product documents
• Representing company in sectoral technical committees, having general overview about local/national regulations
• Providing product USP trainings for internal and external stakeholders
• Preparing standard tender documents and product specification documents
• Price list preparation and updates
• Supporting content creation for POP materials, website content, and product promotion bulletins for marketing activities, as well as e-learning materials
• Being contact person in region for special application in coordination with factories
