Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for Virtual POS, Payment Gateway, SoftPOS, Wallet, and other digital payment solutions.
• Translate business needs into clear, prioritized requirements for technical teams.
• Manage product backlog, define roadmap, and adjust scope and timelines based on evolving priorities.
• Lead UAT, integration, pilot, and production launch processes.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with customer support, legal, risk, operations, and other stakeholders to ensure comprehensive solution delivery.
• Oversee merchant onboarding, reconciliation processes, and reporting workflows.
• Manage integrations with banks, PSP vendors, and third-party platforms.
• Monitor and analyze product performance, transaction flow, and profitability.
• Lead UI/UX flow creation, test planning, and approval of user documentation.
• Support strategic initiatives, such as pricing models, campaigns, and feature enhancements for virtual POS and payment gateway solutions.

Required Skills:

• Proven experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner in digital payments, PSP, PF, or related fintech products.
• Deep understanding of Virtual POS, Payment Gateway architectures, and merchant acquiring processes.
• Hands-on experience in vendor management and technical integrations.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and backlog management.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into actionable technical solutions.
