About The Role

We are looking for a driven and strategic Product Manager to join our growing team. You will be

responsible for owning the product lifecycle from ideation to launch, working closely with cross-

functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and business stakeholders to build and

scale impactful products.

Key Responsibilities

 Define and communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmap.

 Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle: from requirements gathering to product

launch and iteration.

 Conduct market research, customer interviews, and competitor analysis to inform product

decisions.

 Write clear product requirements and user stories.

 Prioritize features and tasks using frameworks like MoSCoW, RICE, or Value vs. Effort.

 Collaborate with engineering and design teams to deliver high-quality features on time.

 Track product performance using KPIs and analytics; iterate based on data and user

feedback.

 Work with marketing, sales, and customer support teams to ensure successful product

releases and user adoption.

Qualifications

 Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. MBA is a

plus.

 2–5 years of experience in product management or related roles.

 Strong understanding of agile methodologies and product development best practices.

 Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.

 Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.

 Experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Figma, Mixpanel, or similar.

Nice to Have

 Experience in [industry, e.g., SaaS, fintech].

 Familiarity with SQL or basic data querying.

 Technical background or ability to work closely with developers.
