Product Manager

• Product Strategy & Development
• Research market trends, customer needs, and competitor offerings in jewellery manufacturing technology.

Vendor & Supplier Management

• Liaise with international machinery manufacturers and suppliers for product sourcing and technical specifications.
• Negotiate pricing, delivery schedules, and quality standards with suppliers.

Technical Support & Training

• Provide technical guidance to sales and service teams regarding machine features and applications.
• Organize product demonstrations, client presentations, and technical training sessions.
• Support installation and commissioning of machines when required.

Sales & Marketing Support

• Work closely with the sales team to develop product positioning, pricing strategies, and promotional materials.
• Assist in preparing proposals, tenders, and quotations for customers.

Lifecycle Management

• Monitor product performance and customer feedback to drive continuous improvements.
• Plan for spare parts inventory, warranty, and after-sales support strategies.
• Define product roadmap, features, and specifications for machines such as casting, polishing, CNC, and finishing equipment.
• Identify new product opportunities and recommend product improvements.
