About The Role
We are looking for a versatile and experienced Product Manager to lead the strategy and execution for several of our most critical product areas. You will be responsible for a portfolio that spans from the foundational financial and regulatory infrastructure to the top-of-funnel user acquisition and monetization. This role requires a T-shaped product manager—someone with deep expertise in financial services and compliance who can also apply a growth-oriented mindset to improve user journeys and marketing effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities

Holistic Product Strategy: Develop and execute a unified product roadmap that integrates controllership, regulatory products, client onboarding, payments, and marketing growth initiatives.

Financial & Regulatory Products:

Lead the development of products for financial controllership, including sub-ledger systems, automated reconciliation, and financial reporting.

Oversee the product roadmap for regulatory compliance features such as KYC/AML, transaction monitoring, and tax reporting.

Client Lifecycle Management:

Drive the product vision for our client onboarding flow, optimizing for conversion, compliance, and user experience.

Enhance our payments infrastructure to support a seamless, secure, and cost-effective user journey for deposits and withdrawals.

Growth & Marketing:

Collaborate with marketing and analytics teams to identify and build product features that drive user acquisition, activation, and retention.

Manage A/B testing frameworks and personalization engines to optimize the user journey from initial touchpoint to conversion.

Cross-Functional Leadership:

Serve as the primary product owner, collaborating with engineering, design, legal, compliance, finance, and marketing teams to ensure successful product launches.

Translate complex business and regulatory requirements into clear and actionable product specifications.

Performance Analysis: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) across all product areas, using data to inform product decisions and measure success.
Qualifications

7+ years of experience in product management, with a track record of managing multiple product lines simultaneously, preferably in fintech or crypto.

Proven expertise in at least two of the following areas: financial controllership/payments, regulatory compliance, client onboarding, or marketing growth.

Strong understanding of financial services regulations and accounting principles.

Exceptional analytical skills with a data-driven approach to product management.

Outstanding communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and align diverse stakeholders.

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree or relevant certifications
