We’re looking for a Product Manager to join our team and help shape the future of Bird Nest’s platform. You’ll work cross-functionally with engineering, operations, design, and business stakeholders to build scalable products that drive growth, efficiency, and customer delight.

What You’ll Do

• Own the product roadmap, defining vision, strategy, and priorities for our property management and furnishing products.
• Work closely with engineering and design to translate business needs into clear product requirements and user stories.
• Collaborate with operations, sales, and customer experience teams to ensure product adoption and operational excellence.
• Track performance through KPIs and data insights, using tools like Metabase to drive decision-making.
• Lead discovery for new features, from gathering user feedback to testing and iteration.
• Ensure timely delivery of product releases while maintaining high quality standards.

What We’re Looking For

• 3-5 years of experience in Product Management , ideally within startups or fast-paced environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with data-driven decision-making.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally.
• Experience writing detailed PRDs, managing backlogs, and working in agile teams.
