Product Manager

Based in the MENA Region

Qualifications:

- A strong interest in Arabic music and familiar with the music ecosystem

- English and Arabic speaker, French is a plus

- 2–5+ years of experience in music, entertainment, or related creative industries OR a strong academic background

- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple releases and campaigns simultaneously

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable working with both artists and corporate partners.

- Data-driven mindset with with an understand of how data can inform decision-making

Responsibilities include bridging between artists, management, creative, marketing, label and operations teams.

Manage the flow of communications around music releases, live experiences, and related products (e.g., live shows, merch, content, partnerships, label coordination) in a timely and detail-oriented manner.

Analyze performance metrics (streaming data, sales, fan engagement) and use insights to optimize strategies.

Maintain strong relationships within the music industry (labels, media, DSPs, influencers, promoters, agencies), and secure brand partnerships, sponsorships, and collaborations aligned with the artist’s image.

Pay: E£72,000.00 - E£195,000.00 per month
