What You’ll Do:

1. Collaborate with internal teams—operations, engineering, and other stakeholders—to build products that streamline operational workflows and address scalability challenges.
2. Work closely with external stakeholders to improve the end-to-end buying and selling experience through Wootz.work
3. Prioritize product goals, prototype solutions, iterate quickly, and ensure regular launches.
4. Take ownership of the customer experience and continuously raise the bar for delivering exceptional product solutions.
5. Drive product adoption and usage by engaging effectively with users, iterating rapidly, and ensuring high-impact communication

What We’re Looking For:

• 3–5 years of experience in product management, operations, or related roles
• A bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, computer science, or a related field from Premier institutes
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Hands-on experience with no-code tools (e.g., GlideApps, Bubble) and basic familiarity with APIs
• Taste for good design
• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment and adapt quickly to change.
