Product Manager

We are looking for a passionate and driven Product Manager to join our team and contribute to building cutting-edge Conversational AI solutions. As a Product Manager, you will play a key role in understanding customer needs, defining product requirements, and delivering impactful features to enhance user experience. This role is ideal for someone with a keen interest in solving real-world problems using AI-driven technologies and who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Identify common customer needs and assist in creating productised solutions.
• Conduct in-depth research through customer and non-customer interviews to understand business problems, user pain points, and behavioral patterns.
• Collaborate with customer-facing teams to identify pain points and determine solutions that can be productised.
• Develop detailed use cases, product requirement documents, design documents, agile user stories, and wireframes.
• Work closely with Development/Engineering teams to ensure timely delivery of features.
• Manage customer expectations by clearly communicating requirements and delivery timelines.

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience: 1-2 years of experience in B2B product management, preferably with exposure to Conversational AI products.
• Data-driven: Strong analytical skills and the ability to leverage data for decision-making.
• Core Product Management Skills: Thorough understanding of product management roles and expectations.
• Cross-functional collaboration: Experience working closely with software and design teams to define, scope, and build features.
• Customer Engagement: Proven ability to work directly with business-facing teams/customers for requirements gathering, gap analysis, and solution implementation.
• Problem Solving: Creative problem-solving abilities and a strong focus on maximizing customer experience.
• Design Knowledge: Good understanding of usability and user interface design principles and tools.
• Communication Skills: Exceptional documentation, communication, and presentation skills.
