Product Manager

About Role:

We are looking for a highly motivated and proactive Product Manager to oversee the effective execution of IT products, remove roadblocks, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality products. Acting as a strategic mediator between the Business Team and the IT Team , the Product Manager will play a pivotal role in team coordination, workflow optimization, and project planning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the central point of contact between the Business team and the IT team, translating high-level directives into actionable tasks.
• Identify and proactively remove obstacles that may hinder product progress or team efficiency.
• Organize and manage workflows to ensure alignment with project timelines, quality standards, and business objectives.
• Monitor project progress and resource allocation, ensuring projects are delivered on schedule.
• Prepare and deliver insightful presentations and project updates to leadership and stakeholders.
• Provide strategic input on team structure, resource planning, and delivery processes.
• Cultivate a high-performance team culture that emphasizes collaboration, accountability, and innovation.
• Utilize MS Excel for tracking, data analysis, and reporting to support project decisions.
• Communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing, for documentation and stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science , Electronics and Communication , or related engineering fields or MBA with a background in technology or operations management.
• 2–5 years of experience in product management and team leadership in an IT environment.

• Proficiency in JIRA, Figma and project management tools ,
• Excellent command of the English language – both verbal and written.
• Leadership and people management skills with the ability to motivate and guide teams.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strategic thinking and attention to detail.
• Well versed in Data-Driven Decision Making, A/B Testing & Experimentation, API and System Architecture Familiarity, UX/UI Principles
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in a tech-driven organization.
• Understanding of SDLC / Agile / Scrum methodologies is a plus.
• UAT, Manual Testing, POS Systems, Data Analysis, Project Management, Communication, Stakeholder Management, Leadership, Agile Practices
• Prior experience in logistic tech, or SaaS-based product development is advantageous.
