Product Manager

We are seeking a strategic and analytical Product Manager to oversee our sourcing, purchasing, and inventory management functions. This person will ensure that we always have the right products in the right quantities maximising efficiency while keeping our catalogue competitive and in line with emerging market trends.

Procurement & Supplier Management

• Develop and implement procurement strategies that align with business goals.
• Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to ensure cost efficiency, quality, and reliability.
• Maintain and update the approved supplier list, building long-term vendor partnerships.

Inventory Planning & Control

• Forecast demand and plan stock levels to meet customer needs without overstocking.
• Oversee inventory turnover, storage, and logistics to minimize holding costs.
• Implement systems or software to track inventory performance in real-time.

Catalogue Management & Product Research

• Maintain and optimize the product catalogue, ensuring relevance, accuracy, and profitability.
• Research market trends, competitor offerings, and emerging products or materials.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and operations teams to introduce new products or SKUs.

Data & Process Optimization

• Analyze purchasing and inventory data to identify cost-saving and process improvement opportunities.
• Lead initiatives for digital transformation in procurement and inventory management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, sustainability goals, and industry regulations.
