Product Manager â Networking, IT Infrastructure (KSA)

About the Role
Weâre seeking a dynamic Brand & Product Manager with deep experience in the networking space to take charge of our Ubiquiti / UniFi product line in Saudi Arabia. You will own the planning, execution, and growth of the brand locally â from marketing, positioning, to driving sales through channel partners, system integrators, and direct clients.
Key Responsibilities
        â˘Â       Develop and implement brand strategy for Ubiquiti / UniFi products in KSA.
        â˘Â       Drive go-to-market plans, including product launch, promotion, and positioning.
        â˘Â       Collaborate with sales teams and channel partners to push brand adoption.
        â˘Â       Lead technical training sessions and product demonstrations to internal teams, partners, and clients.
        â˘Â       Monitor market trends, competitor positioning, and identify growth opportunities.
        â˘Â       Establish relationships with key stakeholders: system integrators, resellers, enterprise IT teams.
        â˘Â       Manage marketing campaigns (online, events, social media) aligned with brand identity.
        â˘Â       Provide feedback to the global vendor / manufacturer about product performance, feature requests, and customer demands.
        â˘Â       Track KPIs (brand awareness, sales volumes, channel growth, customer satisfaction) and report to senior management.
Qualifications
        â˘Â       Bachelorâs degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or related field.
        â˘Â       3â5+ years of experience managing a networking or IT hardware brand / product line (especially in the KSA or GCC region).
        â˘Â       Deep technical understanding of networking equipment (switches, gateways, wireless, controllers) â particularly Ubiquiti / UniFi or similar vendors.
        â˘Â       Proven record of successful brand growth, product launches, and channel programs.
        â˘Â       Excellent communication, marketing, and relationship-building skills.
        â˘Â       Fluency in English and Arabic preferred.
        â˘Â       Willingness to travel across KSA and attend trade shows, partner events, etc.
        â˘Â       Preferably existing network in system integrators, resellers, and enterprise IT clients in Saudi Arabia.
