As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective strategies to enhance and promote the brand identity of our products. You will play a crucial role in creating a strong and consistent brand image that resonates with the target audience and contributes to the overall success of the company.

Brand/Vendor Relationship:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with key brands and vendors to drive product growth.
  • Work closely with brand representatives to align on product strategies and marketing initiatives.
  • Evaluate new products from Brands and work on launch campaigns including product positioning, introduction and marketing plans.

Forecasting and Ageing Stock Management:

  • Manage the purchase to ensure products are available and maintain a healthy inventory turn-around.
  • Accurate forecasting to ensure that brand has products when required by preparing short-term and long-term product sales forecasts.
  • Manage the aging of the stocks on hand.

Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams:

  • Work closely with vendors, sales, and marketing teams to ensure a cohesive approach to brand management.
  • Provide guidance and support to other teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and implementation.

Brand Strategy Development:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies in alignment with the overall objectives of the brand vendor.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and opportunities for brand growth and communicate with relevant teams.
  • Use data and research to make informed decisions about product features, packaging, and marketing campaigns.

Performance Monitoring:

  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of brand strategies.
  • Ensure each brand is meeting its GP targets and Sellout targets.
  • Work on KPI reports

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in branding strategies, product strategy, data analytics, market research & social media marketing.
  • Knowledge of social media platforms, tools, and their respective best practices.
  • Creative and innovative mindset with an eye for design.
