As a Product Manager at FieldAssist, you will own and scale a core product module or customer

journey from vision to delivery. You’ll lead roadmap strategy, integrate market insights, and build

scalable solutions that drive customer success, retention, and revenue growth.

About The Role

  • Define and manage product roadmaps aligned with customer value, MRR goals, and annual operating plans.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Tech, Sales, and Customer Success to build and deliver seamless, impactful product experiences.
  • Lead enterprise client onboarding and delivery while balancing customer urgencies with longterm scalability and reuse.
  • Use data, product metrics, and qualitative insights to make informed trade-offs and measure success.
  • Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and user interviews to guide product decisions.
  • Maintain clarity across multiple pods and stakeholders through structured documentation, rituals, and sprint planning.
  • Integrate AI and automation tools for faster validation, prototyping, and decision-making.
  • Mentor junior product team members and champion scalable practices across product streams.

Who We're Looking For

  • 3–4 years of B2B SaaS product management experience with ownership of modules or markets.
  • Strong technical fluency (knowledge of APIs, system integrations, or ERP environments preferred).
  • Proven track record in executing roadmaps, managing dependencies, and leading enterprise client deliveries.
  • Advanced data analysis skills (SQL, dashboards) and sound business judgment.
  • Excellent collaboration, stakeholder alignment, and decision-making under pressure.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
