Product Manager

We are a dedicated team of developers, designers, artists, programmers, and most importantly, gaming enthusiasts. Our goal is to become a permanent brand and one of the important actors in the mid-core gaming world since 2010. We are building multiplayer action shooter games.

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Product Manager to join our team.

What are we looking for?

• 5+ years of experience in product management , ideally with experience coordinating cross-functional teams.
• Proven track record of successfully launching and managing products from concept to release.
• Ability to define product vision, prioritize features, and coordinate relevant teams to ensure smooth execution.
• Strong understanding of product development processes; experience in gaming is a big plus.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with developers, designers, and other stakeholders.
• Ability to analyze data, track metrics, and make data-driven decisions to improve user experience.
• Strategic thinking, proactive problem-solving, and eagerness to continuously learn.

What will you do?

• Define and drive the vision and roadmap of our products, ensuring alignment with company goals and user needs.
• Coordinate all relevant teams (design, development, art, marketing, etc.) to deliver product initiatives on time and at high quality.
• Analyze feedback and data to make informed decisions and optimize product features.
• Act as the bridge between business goals, user needs, and technical implementation.
• Contribute to the creative process and see initiatives through from ideation to launch.
