JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Defining the vision for a product feature through consultation with client, external, and internal collaborators.

• Collaborate with stakeholders including business leaders and development teams to gather and prioritize requirements.

• Manage the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical feasibility.

• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to drive product improvements, especially user experience (UI/UX) and revenue.

• Monitor key product performance metrics and implement enhancements based on insights.

• Act as the primary point of contact for all product-related queries and decisions.

• Facilitate agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Product Owner/Product Manager or similar role.

• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and product lifecycle management.

• Experience in writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and managing product backlogs.

• Hands-on experience in product management functions including MVP Planning & Feature Prioritization, Functional & Technical Requirement Gathering, Product Documentation, Pricing Strategy, Internal & Client Presentation Development, Usability & Design Review Participation.

• Experience in product management tools such as Jira and Trello.

• Strong analytical skills with experience in user behavior analysis, interpreting data for product decisions, identifying patterns in user feedback, and supporting A/B testing.

• Proficient in using analytics platforms and reporting tools including Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Data Studio, Excel, SQL, and PowerPoint for data-driven decision-making.

• Demonstrated strengths in team leadership, client communication, presentation, time management, problem-solving, and effective remote collaboration.

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Computer Science, or relevant field.

• Certified Product Manager (CPM), Certified Product Owner (CPO), Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or any equivalent certification will be a plus.

PREFERRED INDUSTRY & PRODUCT EXPERIENCE:

• Exposure to Healthcare, Telecom, or Gaming sectors.

• Experience working on Web Applications, Mobile Applications, and Enterprise-level product environments.

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
