Product Manager

We’re looking for a highly driven Product Manager to lead the development, enhancement, and optimization of our digital platforms.

This role bridges the gap between business needs and technical execution, ensuring seamless delivery and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and own the product roadmap

• Gather and translate user & business needs into clear features

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (tech, design, business)

• Manage backlog and prioritize features effectively

• Monitor product performance and user feedback to drive improvements.

Key Skills:

• 3–6 years of experience in IT or digital product management

• Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies

• Hands-on with tools like Jira, Confluence, or similar

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

• Background in tech, IT, or software environments is preferred
