As a Product Manager your primary responsibilities will include driving the product growth aligned with the company's goals. You will be focused on delivering great user experience for our products, while collaborating closely with our cross-functional team consisting of other product specialists, field sales, and operations. Other than this, you will also act as a liaison between Bayut and external parties, like, government agencies.


In this role you will:

  • Develop a deep understanding of our consumers and clients, their likes and dislikes and top pain points and opportunities.
  • Build and maintain expertise in our domestic competitor landscape and similar markets both domestic and overseas.
  • Act as a bridge between the business and tech teams within the organisation.
  • Lead a cross-functional team in designing, testing, delivering and monitoring these initiatives to achieve growth targets
  • Lead initiatives that enforce product usage SOPs within the business teams.
  • Act as a liaison between Bayut and government agencies like REGA, ELM etc for technical collaboration and coordination.


What you need for this role


  • A data-driven approach to product management and being comfortable with digging into large data sets to extract trends and insights.
  • Ability to extract and prioritise user insights to drive product strategy.
  • Understanding of online marketing channels, acquisition modes, and relevant experience in their optimisation.
  • Understanding the technology behind online products and being comfortable leading a group of engineers in product initiatives.
  • Experience with working within a fast paced dynamic environment
  • Experience with Project Management and Task Management tools like Asana, JIRA, Redmine, etc.


Requirements


  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent; additional relevant certifications or training in real estate or data collection is a plus.
  • Proven experience in product or project management or a related field is a plus.
  • Proficient English speaking and writing is required.
  • Familiarity with local real estate market trends and regulations is a plus.
  • Prior experience of working in a multi-faceted technology based services organisation will be considered a plus.
  • Experience with CRM platforms
  • Familiarity with the real estate company requirements, products, and services
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail to ensure accurate data collection and reporting.
  • Proficient in using digital tools and software for data entry, analysis, and photography
