As the owner of the end-to-end Merchant Onboarding Journey and the overall Merchant Mobile App experience at Hepsiburada, you will be responsible for delivering a seamless, intuitive, and consistent merchant experience across mobile touchpoints. This includes leading product discovery, shaping mobile-first workflows, and prioritizing features that bring core merchant panel capabilities into the app.Success in this role requires close partnership with engineering, design, operations, merchant support, and other cross-functional teams to build and scale merchant-facing mobile products and tools. Your decisions will be data-driven, and through continuous stakeholder collaboration, you will deliver efficient, reliable, and user-centric mobile experiences.

Ultimately, your efforts will focus on improving merchant activation, increasing mobile adoption, and enhancing overall merchant satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• 5+ years in product management, preferably within mobile app development, merchant-facing platforms, onboarding experiences, or B2B ecosystems.
• Demonstrated technical proficiency and experience collaborating closely with engineering teams. Familiarity with mobile architectures, APIs, event tracking, and translating desktop merchant workflows into mobile-first solutions.
• Proven track record of launching and scaling mobile or merchant-facing features with measurable impact on activation, adoption, and satisfaction.
• Ability to define and clearly communicate the product vision and strategy, using key metrics such as onboarding conversion, merchant NPS, mobile engagement, and support ticket trends.
• Experience managing products through all stages of the product lifecycle, ensuring coherence and quality across both mobile and desktop merchant experiences.
• Highly analytical, with a structured approach to problem-solving. Demonstrated ability to build measurement frameworks that assess the impact of mobile features and onboarding flows, enabling informed and effective decision-making.
