About the role:
CultureMonkey is building a new Hiring & Interview Intelligence product that connects hiring decisions with long‑term culture and performance outcomes in a market where HR SaaS is growing rapidly. The Product Manager will own key 0→1 and 1→N initiatives on this product, working closely with founders to shape vision, validate hypotheses with customers, and ship outcomes, not just features.
This role is ideal for a PM who has shipped at least one meaningful SaaS product or module end‑to‑end and now wants to work closer to problem discovery, AI‑driven experiences, and revenue‑impacting bets in a startup environment.
What you’ll do:

Own and drive the product roadmap for Hiring & Interview Intelligence from discovery to launch, adoption, and iteration, with clear success metrics such as activation, usage, and revenue impact.

Own the discovery and ideation of new features from insight to launch, collaborating with engineering, design, marketing, and sales to ship product bets that delight users and drive business impact.

Run structured discovery: customer calls, interviews, product walkthroughs, and experiments to deeply understand hiring workflows, decision‑making, and culture‑fit challenges.

Translate insights into clear PRDs, user stories, and UX flows; manage the backlog, define sharp trade‑offs, and lead sprints to predictable, high‑quality delivery.

Use product analytics, funnel data, and feedback to prioritize, validate hypotheses, and iterate quickly on features and UX.

Partner with marketing and sales on GTM: positioning, pricing inputs, enablement, and launch plans for new capabilities.

Continuously track the HR Tech, talent intelligence, and AI landscape to keep the product differentiated and ahead of market expectations.
What we’re looking for:

3+ years of hands-on product management experience in B2B SaaS; experience in HR tech, recruiting, or talent/people analytics is a strong plus.

Proven end‑to‑end ownership of at least one product or major feature: from problem discovery and spec, through build, launch, and iteration with measurable outcomes.

Comfortable working with engineering and data/AI teams: you understand how modern SaaS products are built, can discuss APIs, data flows, and constraints, and can translate them into pragmatic decisions.

Strong product discovery and communication skills: you can distill user problems, tell a compelling product story, and align stakeholders around a clear plan.

Data‑informed and experiment‑oriented mindset; you regularly use qualitative insights and quantitative metrics to decide what to build next and what to stop.

Deep empathy for users with a sharp eye for UX; you care about craft, clarity, and simplicity in hiring workflows and decision experiences.

Bias for action, ownership, and learning; you are comfortable with ambiguity, enjoy working directly with founders, and thrive in a fast‑moving startup environment.
