Job Description – Product Management Team (PMT)

Brand: Adaro (Fredun Pharmaceuticals Ltd)

Location: Lower Parel, Mumbai (HO)

Experience: 2–6 years (Pharma PMT/Marketing – Endocrinology, Hormones, Injectables preferred)

Role Overview:

Join Adaro Biotech’s PMT to drive strategy, positioning, and growth for our Hormone Therapy and Nutraceutical portfolio. The role bridges R&D, sales, marketing, and medical affairs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop brand plans, product strategies, and marketing materials (LBLs, visual aids, campaigns).
• Create scientific, evidence-based content (PubMed/NCBI references); organize CMEs & KOL meets.
• Support sales through training, incentive design, and promotional tools.
• Conduct market research, analyze competition, and track brand performance.
• Coordinate cross-functionally for launches and execution.

Profile:

• Qualification: B.Pharm / M.Pharm / B.Sc. (Life Sciences) / MBA (Pharma/Marketing).
• Experience: 2–6 years in Pharma PMT (Endocrinology/Urology/Oncology/Injectables).
• Strong clinical and marketing knowledge with excellent communication & writing skills.
