Product Manager

We are looking for extremely entrepreneurial Product Manager who help us build and grow the best e-commerce & comparison experience. In this role, you will work closely with our engineering, design, growth, business, and other teams across the company. Your work will be seen and used by millions of users, helped people find best products and prices to shop.

📌 Qualifications

• 3–7 years of experience in Product Management
• Experience working in one or more of the following areas:

- E-commerce or marketplace platforms

- Classifieds or listing products

-Data platforms, personalization, or recommendation systems

• Experience in at least one of the following:

-Complex infrastructure or data projects and tracking and improving product performance metrics

-User-facing product development with strong UX orientation

-Category / catalog / content structure projects

-AI/ML-related product initiatives

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; comfortable interpreting data to guide decisions
• Ability to collaborate effectively with engineering and data teams
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a fast-moving environment

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Understand Cimri’s strategic context, user behavior, competitive landscape, and data ecosystem, applying a strong user-centric mindset to uncover real needs and improve decision-making
• Drive product strategy and quarterly roadmaps; communicate progress and insights to key stakeholders
• Define product success metrics and monitor performance using quantitative analysis and user insights
• Identify opportunities to improve category, catalog and content quality through data-driven methodologies, ensuring meaningful impact on user experience
• Work with ML and data teams on initiatives such as ranking improvements, quality scoring, recommendations, and automation
• Execute product delivery: write clear requirements, prioritize backlog, and support design & engineering through implementation
• Lead discovery processes: gather user feedback, analyze problems, benchmark the market and validate ideas through testing
• Collaborate across internal teams and ensure alignment in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
