Product Manager - Job Description

We are looking for a Product Manager (4 - 6 years experience) who can independently own complex products end-to-end. You will combine strong technical depth, an execution-first mindset, and deep user understanding of users to deliver products with measurable customer and business impact.

This role goes beyond feature delivery, you will own outcomes from problem discovery to launch, adoption, and iteration. You will own web and mobile applications for travelers and suppliers, built on products spanning supplier operations, inventory and pricing, post-booking workflows, internal dashboards, and API-driven platforms.

Key Skills

Product Ownership & Execution

• Own product initiatives end-to-end: discovery, definition, delivery, launch, and adoption.
• Drive execution with a strong bias for action while balancing speed, quality, and scope.
• Define success metrics upfront and remain accountable for post-launch outcomes.
• Operate effectively in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.

Technical

• Partner closely with engineering on backend, API-driven, platform, and AI-enabled systems.
• Write clear PRDs and specifications that engineers can execute.
• Independently debug production issues using error logs and dashboards.

Product Sense

• Deeply understand user problems and design end-to-end user journeys.
• Make smart trade-offs to maximize user and business impact.
• Measure success by customer adoption and sustained usage - not feature launches.

Customer Research, Analytics & Experimentation

• Regularly engage with customers to inform product decisions.
• Use analytics tools (e.g., Amplitude, Mixpanel) to derive actionable insights.
• Design and run experiments (A/B tests, MVPs) with clear hypotheses and success metrics.
• Use learnings to scale, iterate, or stop initiatives decisively.

UI/UX & Design Collaboration

• Collaborate with design to create intuitive, user-centered experiences.
• Validate solutions using wireframes, prototypes, and user testing.

Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Leadership

• Work with ops, finance, sales, support, marketing, and leadership to align priorities.
• Balance conflicting KPIs across adoption, SLA, revenue, and margin.
• Act as the single-threaded owner across multiple teams and systems.

Required Qualifications

• Experience in early-stage or high-growth environments.
• 4-6 years of hands-on product management experience.
• Proven track record of shipping products with measurable impact (adoption, retention, revenue, or efficiency).
• Travel experience preferred.
• Strong technical acumen with experience in API-driven or platform products.
• Practical experience working on or alongside AI/ML-powered features
• Excellent cross-functional communication skills.
• Strong analytical and data-driven problem-solving abilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,600,000.00 per year
