About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager who is passionate about taking evolving products to market and driving strategic growth in the mobile networking domain. This role demands a unique blend of technical depth, business acumen, and leadership skills to define product strategy, build compelling roadmaps, and execute go-to-market plans in collaboration with global teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Product Strategy & Roadmap
• Define product vision and strategy for next-generation networking solutions (5G and 4G Packet Core).
• Prioritize features based on customer and market feedback; build compelling product roadmaps.
• Identify upsell opportunities and create pricing strategies for software licensing.
• Go-to-Market Leadership
• Lead cross-functional execution involving executive management, engineering, marketing, operations, technical documentation, and sales.
• Deliver impactful customer presentations showcasing product value and differentiation.
• Guide development of sales tools and enablement content to support global sales teams.
• Customer & Market Engagement
• Act as a coach for global sales teams on product strategy, value proposition, and competitive differentiation.
• Engage with customers to gather insights and validate product concepts.
• Pricing & Marketing
• Contribute to software pricing strategies that align with business goals.
• Work with marketing teams to create compelling marketing content for product launches and campaigns.

Required Skills

Technical Expertise

• Proven ability to ramp up quickly on new technologies.
• Deep knowledge of mobile networking markets:
• Cloud Native architecture (OCP, AWS etc.)
• 5G Packet Core and related NFs
• Policy Control and Charging (PCRF, PCF, OCS, CHF)
• 4G/LTE EPC (Evolved Packet Core)
• eMBB, mMTC/Cellular IoT, URLLC, NTN, NPN Solutions
• IMS, VoIP

Ideal Candidate Profile

• 10-15 years of product management experience in telecom or cloud networking.
• Demonstrated leadership in bringing cross-functional teams together for successful product launches.
• Customer-focused, strategic thinker with strong presentation skills.
