Position Overview

TBM Inc. is seeking a Product Manager to lead high-impact initiatives at the intersection of business strategy, technology delivery, and executive decision-making. This role requires a strong communicator and facilitator who can align diverse stakeholders, translate leadership vision into executable roadmaps, and drive outcomes in complex, fast-paced environments.

The ideal candidate is equally comfortable collaborating with executives, facilitating cross-functional teams, and managing product delivery from concept through implementation.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary product lead and trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, including executives and government leadership
• Facilitate strategic discussions, working sessions, and decision forums to align priorities, scope, and outcomes
• Translate executive vision and business objectives into clear product roadmaps, backlogs, and delivery plans
• Partner closely with technical, design, and delivery teams to ensure products meet user needs and strategic goals
• Drive stakeholder alignment across business, technology, finance, and operations teams
• Manage product lifecycle activities including discovery, requirements definition, prioritization, delivery, and continuous improvement
• Communicate product status, risks, and outcomes effectively to executive leadership
• Ensure product delivery aligns with governance, compliance, and quality expectations
• Support Agile and hybrid delivery models, promoting transparency and accountability

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• 5+ years of experience in Product Management, Program Management, or Business Consulting
• Proven experience working directly with senior executives and leadership teams
• Exceptional stakeholder management, facilitation, and communication skills
• Strong ability to synthesize complex information and present clear recommendations to decision-makers
• Experience translating business needs into actionable product requirements
• Comfort operating in ambiguous environments and managing competing priorities
• Experience supporting or working within Agile delivery environments

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting federal or public-sector clients
• Experience with digital transformation, data platforms, or enterprise systems
• Product Management, Agile, or Project Management certifications (e.g., CSPO, SAFe, PMP)
• Consulting or professional services background

Pay: $135,000.00 - $145,000.00 per year
