Product Manager

• Define and own the product vision, strategy, and road-map for our Billing & Accounting suite.
• Translate complex billing and accounting requirements into product features that solve real user problems.
• Work closely with engineering, design, finance, and QA teams to deliver high-quality product releases on time.
• Work with other business leaders to drive the product strategy of the organization
• Lead and inspire the team responsible for developing the next wave of core product features, addressing complex business challenges, and delivering innovative solutions Drive the customer research to analyse what and why of the next set of products and features to be built
• Take full ownership of performance metrics for developed features, leveraging data points and insights to drive continuous improvement and business impact.
• Collaborate with cross-functional internal teams — including Support, Sales, Partnerships, and Renewals — to identify their needs and build internal-facing product solutions that enhance team efficiency, drive sales growth, streamline user onboarding, and improve overall operational performance.

• Engineering or Management degree required with 3–7 years of product management experience, preferably in SaaS.
• Prior experience in building or managing billing, invoicing, or accounting platforms and familiarity with subscription billing models and related workflows.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex financial concepts for cross‑functional teams and stakeholders. J
• Proven experience in Agile product development, writing business/product requirement documents, and tracking key metrics like funnels and cohorts.
• Responsible for managing the full product lifecycle from discovery and planning to launch and iteration with strong user empathy and design sense.
• Strong focus on data‑driven decisions, customer usability, and collaboration with engineering, design, and business teams.
