Product Manager

The Product Manager – Applications plays a key role in shaping how users experience our digital products. This role owns the vision, evolution, and success of our applications, transforming business needs and user insights into intuitive, high-impact digital solutions. By working closely with cross-functional teams, the Product Manager ensures our applications continuously evolve, deliver real value, and create meaningful experiences for customers and internal users alike.

Lychee is the leading player in the rapidly growing healthy food industry in Egypt, with a unique and highly scalable position in the market that combines a healthy fast- food retail arm and a manufacturing arm for healthy packaged foods. Most notably fresh juices and Greek yogurt.

As part of our greater mission to make healthier food choices accessible and sustainable for people's everyday lifestyle - we're extending our commitment to the region with our entry into the Saudi Arabian market, with a substantial retail expansion plan and on-ground operations starting Q2, 2025 in Riyadh.

Lychee relies on both its manufacturing capabilities and brand recognition built over a decade to expand its retail operations seamlessly based on customer demand and to scale its existing presence in modern trade, traditional trade and quick commerce.

What will you be doing?

• Own the product roadmap for the application, aligning features and enhancements with business objectives.
• Gather and translate business, user, and stakeholder requirements into clear product requirements and user stories.
• Act as the main point of contact between business, engineering, UX/UI, QA, and external vendors.
• Prioritize backlog items based on impact, effort, customer value, and strategic importance.
• Lead application releases, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and proper documentation.
• Monitor application performance, usability, and KPIs (usage, adoption, bugs, conversion, etc.).
• Conduct user research, feedback analysis, and market benchmarking to drive continuous improvement.
• Ensure application compliance with security, data privacy, and regulatory requirements.
• Identify and manage risks, dependencies, and change requests related to the application.
• Support post-launch activities including training, adoption, enhancements, and issue resolution.

What are we looking for?

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or any relevant field
• Minimum 3 years of experience as Product Manager; preferably, managing mobile and web applications
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and methodologies
• Customer centric mindset with strong attention to detail and execution
• Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Figma, or similar product tools
• Knowledge of Egyptian firefighting standards, food safety, and construction codes.
• Proficient user of MS Office
• Strong communication skills
• Strong problem solving and documentation skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure.
