Associate Product Manager / Product Manager

We are looking for a self-starter, motivated and experienced Product Manager to join our growing team in challenging work environment.

Your role at CAMSPay will help to drive the product and improve the payment experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Requirement gathering, documenting as complete Business Requirement Document, Designing workflow, user journey.
• Market research and deep dive into customers' real need
• Work with business, technology, and marketing to lead the product roll outs
• Managing end to end product road map - Ideation to Product launch and life cycle management and backlog by communicating to all the stakeholders in the process
• Driving Banks/ Acquiring partnerships for win-win engagements
• Leveraging available data to understand the product performance and hands on experience with data management and reporting
• Deliver compelling product presentations, proposals and demonstrations that engages internal & external audiences

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in Product Management either in Fintech or Banking industry with digital payment and merchant acquiring product exposure.
• Strong understanding of payment aspects with proven experience on managing the product development
• Hands on experience on Figma, Invision and other tools will be an added advantage.
• Ability to work with cross-functional team and work independently in fast changing fintech industry.
• Master/Undergraduate degree in computer/business
